IPIC maintained and visited "eSIX Limited", a company in the "IP Innovation and Technology Stronghold for SMEs"

On May 16, 2024, the IPIC IP Innovation Alliance team maintained and visited the "SME IP Innovation Base".

Prof. Shirly Ling, President of IPIC, and Mr. Dewitt Chik Chik, Vice Chairman of IPIC, walked into "eSIX Limited" in person.

Prof. Shirly Ling, President of IPIC, said, "IPIC will continue to explore and build an endless SME IP Innovation Base under the guidance of the development direction of the digital economy, so as to make "IPIC contributions" to the development of Hong Kong's intellectual property (IP) and empower high-level Hong Kong I&T enterprises, and the 5G CPE technology of "eSIX Limited" will break through the existing 5-10 km limit and increase to 80 km. Equipped with eSIX IPfiber and combined with satellite technology to achieve multi-network integration, improve the distance, speed, security and reliability of marine communication, and realize high-speed communication between marine and nearshore. It provides fresh cases, cutting-edge vision, and cutting-edge ideas for innovation and creation. Maintain and visit the "SME IP Innovation Base for SMEs Intellectual Property Innovation Base" enterprises to collect opinions and suggestions on intellectual property rights put forward by enterprises, understand the current production and operation status of enterprises and the development of intellectual property rights and innovation and technology, further strengthen ties with enterprises, enhance mutual understanding and communication, and promote the sustainable development of a recycling-oriented society in Hong Kong.
