Intellectual Property and Innovation Consortium Limited (IPIC) is a registered non-profit charitable organization in Hong Kong. It was officially established on November 16, 2020. Its service targets are patriotic innovative enterprises and citizen groups across Hong Kong. It aims to promote innovation in fields such as intellectual property, academic culture, traditional intangible cultural heritage, family education, new-generation information technology, and artificial intelligence among patriotic and Hong Kong-loving individuals, groups, and institutions in Hong Kong, and actively participate in social innovative education and development affairs. IPIC was jointly initiated and established by a group of industry experts who love Hong Kong, are passionate about the cause of intellectual property, pay close attention to the development of social education and the innovative development of intellectual property in Hong Kong, and possess professional expertise and extensive influence in the industry. IPIC hopes to realize the development of Hong Kong in the directions of value innovation, mechanism innovation, openness, inclusiveness, balance, and effectiveness, and assist alliance members and citizens to become participants and builders of Hong Kong's innovative development. IPIC is willing to join hands with more members, citizens, participants, and partners to jointly create an open, diverse, integrated, symbiotic, and mutually beneficial innovative service ecosystem, and contribute to building a harmonious and innovative society in Hong Kong.

Shawn Chen, President of the World Federation of United Nations Associations, Roel Campos, former member of the US Securities and Futures Commission, and Reid Rubsamen, CEO of flowPharma, served as members of the Bureau.
